Luggage pick up or drop off from hotels, the Airport, or the Cruise ports in Copenhagen.

• The traveler is required to bring their luggage to and from the vehicle, thus ensuring ownership of the luggage.
• Delivery to and from hotels not on the Ophelia Tours' hotel list, request a quote at:  info@opheliatours.com
• The service prices are available Monday - Saturday between 0700 and 1700.
• Beyond these hours and Sundays, and Danish holidays, bank holidays, a fee of €32 applies.
• The offer is for 2 airline-size suitcases and 1 carry-on hand luggage per person.
• Airline style:  90 x 75 x 43cm / 23kg -  35inch x 29 x 16inch / 50pund.

FOR Luggage Drop-off(meet up) Service

• For Luggage Drop-off Service at the airport or at the Cruise Ship.
• Airport is only possible as a meet-up with the traveler at the airport on the planned time and in the terminal parking area.
• For hotel drop off, remember to inform the hotel and provide the hotel name.
• Ensure that the name for booking the luggage service is the same as on the suitcases and the name under which you booked the hotel or cruise ship.
• Be aware that the porter might ask for ID before the luggage is handed over.

FOR Luggage pick up Service

• Pick up at the airport and at cruise ships is only possible when the traveler is present at the pick up location.
• Hotel pick up will normally not require the traveler to be present. Just inform the hotel that Ophelia Tours' Luggage service will pick up the luggage at around this specific time.
• Be aware that the porter might ask for ID before the luggage is accepted.
• Ensure that the name for booking the luggage service is the same as on the suitcases and the name under which you booked the hotel or cruise ship.
